The Monkees, The Who, and The Beatles - Fan Sites

The Monkees Film and TV Vault - A good place to start to learn more about the original Monkees show, the specials, and the movie Head.
The Monkees @ FashionState.Com - Interesting description of the Monkees show and characters, with some fabulous screencaps and essays on the relationships between the four.
Sunshine Factory - One of the best sites for basic info on the band, great pics and graphics, and lyrics to every Monkees song!
Psycho Jello - The return of one of the Internet's most popular Monkees sites; the pictures and essays alone are worth a look.
Enola's Realm - Home of Enola Jones' Monkees stories, including "Power Monkees" and one of my favorite non-series Monkees fic, the haunting "Angel."
Mich's Universe - Home of the classic Monkees action series "Secrets and Lies" and it's Who-based spin-off, "Demon Winds!"
Camp Monkee Mallard - Erin's "Monkees/Mallards" stories are a little confusing, but a heck of a lot of fun once you get into the swing of her writing style.
The Monkees Season Three - Ginny's stories, including the touching and action-packed "Pioneer Brothers" series.
Rooftop Sessions - Online Beatles fanzine.
The Beatles Fanfiction Directory - Want to find great Beatles fics? This is the place to start!
Whiskey Man - Gorgeous pics, screencaps, and sounds for classic rock group The Who!
Armenia City In the Sky - Sadly, one of the only still-existing sites to find Who fanfic.

The Monkees, The Who, and The Beatles - Groups and LiveJournal Communities
MonkeesPic - Looking for a now-missing Monkees pic? You might just find it here.
MonkeesFic - Monkees fanfiction community.
BeatlePics - Um, same thing as MonkeesPic, but now you're looking at the Fab Four.
Beatle Review - Beatles fanfiction, songs, and poetry. Please, give a good, solid review!
Caption Me This, Beatle Man! - Have a good laugh at funny Beatles captions!
The Who Pinups - Feast your eyes on the lovely pics of this pioneering English punk-rock group!
Guitar and Pen - Who fanfic community.
Who Said - Need a pick-me-up after a bad day at work or school? Get your daily dose of laughter at these hilarious captions for silly Who shots!
Long Title - The first Monkees group I joined, for 18 and over due to intense but helpful criticism. Unfortuantly not very active these days, but the stories in the archives are fantastic, especially if you like your Monkees fic a bit dark.
Monkees Dreamworld Fanfic Group - This Monkees fanfic group is more active and has lighter stories.
Storybook Monkees - Another Monkees fanfic group that's largely for 18 and older due to some adult stories. More active than "Long Title"; has actually been gaining members!
Trodendown - A sister group to "Long Title," focusing on all interests. Pretty much dead these days, but worth a look for some hilarious Who and Monkees fanfic and a few "Lister" stories that were never seen at the "Long Title" group.

The World of Sailor Moon
The Realm of Eternal Sailor Energy: The Facets of the Silver Crystal - Jeffery Anderson's wonderful website features information on the characters and the gemstones many of them are named after, his own fan manga (Japanese comic books) and his hilarious fan art! The "Snapshots" series are favorites of mine!
Bunny's Tour of the Silver Millenium - Great place for all your basic information on "Sailor Moon," along with Bunny's fanfics and fanart!
The Sailor Senshi Page - Information on Sailor Moon in all it's incarnations, from the manga (comics) to the live-action Japanese TV show.
Sailor Moon Uncensored - Many "Sailor Moon" episodes, especially from the first two seasons, were heavily edited when they came to North America. Here's what the NA dubs took out!
The Definative Sailor Moon Fanfiction Directory - Lots and lots of great Sailor Moon fanfics to be found here!

Musicals and the Theater

Internet Broadway Database - Information on every Broadway show and star going back to the 1800s. Check out the Internet Theatre Database for a broader view of theater in general.
Musicals 101 - While I disagree with many of theater and film historian John Kendrick's views (especially on current Broadway shows), I will admit, he's done his homework. This is the best place to find information on the history of the musical online, from the 17th to the 21st century, and one of the only places you'll find anything on TV musicals.
Playbill.com - Get your news on the theater world here!
The Great MGM Musicals - Chronological listing of every MGM musical from 1929's The Broadway Melody to 1994's That's Entertainment Part III.
British Musical Film - From Jessie Matthews to Rocky Horror Picture Show, the English have their own legacy of film musicals, some little-known on the other side of the Atlantic.

Movies and DVD

Internet Movie Database - Need to know about a certain movie? Here's a good place to start.
Mutant Reviewers From Hell - Love cult movies? Any cult movies, from z-grade horror favorites to big-budget fantasy spectacles to 80s comedies? You'll find in-deph, hilarious reviews on all your cult favorites here.
The Flick Filospher - Critic Mary Ann Johanssan can sometimes be too snarky for her own good, but she reviews one of the widest selections of movies and TV shows on the Internet, and she's at least entertaining and thought-provoking even when you disagree with her.
DVD Verdict - Reviews on a wide variety of DVD releases, from the newest blockbuster hit to the graniest B drive-in feature from the 70s.

Other Interests
Dave and Maddie: A Moonlighting Web Site - Extensive site on one of my favorite network "dramadies" ever, "Moonlighting."

Linda Young's Remember WENN Site - Everything you need to know about this wonderful but little-known cable sitcom can be found at Linda's site, including her thoughtful and heartwarming fanfics!
